The Extreme Temp team were fantastic. Experienced and outage late afternoon on a Saturday which is never ideal. I was able to work with the team to identify the problem, get them the serial and model information to allow for a Monday AM call with the manufacturer. Before noon on Monday the team had me back up and fully functional. Our technician Jacob was on time, courteous, and professional. The same day of the A/C tune up and cleaning, the unit lost power and was not working. He came back out late in the evening, with a 45 minute drive, to check the unit he just serviced. He found the issue and fixed it. No problem. What an excellent commitment to customer service. We will be using them from now on.

Great Company - showed up on time, very polite and knowledgeable young man named Jacob. Jacob explained the service and what he was going to do. Was courteous and patient.
